BIOGRAPHY: After graduating in business administration from the Hotel School of Lausanne and attending Cordon Bleu in Paris, Eleonora Pelli Postizzi in 2012 opened the life and cooking blog www.asinochileggeancora.com, which today lives on on social media.
In 2019 Pellidigallina was born, a project dedicated to the distribution of km0 eggs of which she is co-founder.
She has written 6 cookbooks, the latest of which Gribaudo published.
The rest of her time is divided between cooking classes, articles, TV and family composed of four children, a cat, a dog and a husband (not in order of importance).
