SVIT-Swiss Association of the Real Estate Economy-is a trade association that defends the interests of the real estate economy in all regions of Switzerland and represents professionals active in real estate, particularly in the areas of real estate management, brokerage, consulting, development and valuation.
With its 180 members, real estate trustees holding cantonal authorization, SVIT Ticino has been a key player in the Ticino real estate economy since 1941.
To maintain the high quality demanded by the SVIT brand, it works to further the education and training of specialists, regularly organizing seminars and refresher workshops and various continuing education courses at all levels.
The association is headquartered at the Carvina Center in Taverne, where the administrative offices are also flanked by classrooms for training.
