Villa Luna Residence

Born in Pfäffikon (ZH) on July 27, 1961, at the age of 18 he enrolled at the Technical High School in Trevano (TI), architecture section.
During his studies, he served a two-year apprenticeship at the office of architect Mario Botta in Lugano.
In 1984, he obtains the STS diploma as an architect with professor architect Giancarlo Durisch, with whom he will collaborate in the following months at his studio.
In the following year he worked as an architect in the office of architect Mario Botta, during which he had the opportunity to collaborate on different projects such as the Gotthard Bank in Lugano and the library in Velleurbanne, France.
Between 1998 and 1999 he gave a series of lectures at the ETH in Zurich, Bern, Rolle and the FAECF Congress in Zurich concerning the topic of solar energy in architecture.Member of the OTIA – Ordine ticinese ingegneri e architetti since 1989, the year in which he began his professional activity with the opening of his office in Lugano.
Member of REG A, Register A of Swiss architects since 2000 and, in 2001, SIA member.
During his career, he won the Opera Prima Award for the Terraced Houses in the municipality of Viganello, the Facciavista Masonry Award for the Single Family House in Ruvigliana, and the Solare CH and EU Award for the renovation of the FEAT building in Lugano.
