If your firm is based in an EC/ESL state and you intend to post employees to perform cross-border service during the Fair, or you are an independent service provider, you must perform at least 8 days prior to the start of the activity, an online notification. This also applies to assembly and disassembly work, which must be notified by the firm performing the work, whether it is the exhibitor himself or a firm commissioned by him (in which case it will be up to the firm in question to complete the notification). Notification Procedure for Short-Term Gainful Activity THE NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE CAN BE CONSULTED ON THE FEDERAL AUTHORITY’S WEBSITE: WWW.SEM.ADMIN.CHTheExhibition Management cannot take charge of making such notification on behalf of the foreign employer or self-employed worker present at the Exhibition and declares itself not responsible for the information entered by the exhibitor.

The opening hours of the customs offices must be observed for the customs imposition of tradable goods. You can make customs declarations Monday through Friday during taxation hours. Cross-border traffic of tradable goods includes the import, export and transit of all goods intended for use in businesses, including own businesses or restaurants. Tradeable goods traffic is also defined as the transportation of goods across the customs border on behalf of an individual or enterprise. The same applies to all services that are considered supplies under a procurement contract. ALL TRADABLE GOODS MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE NEAREST SWISS CUSTOMS OFFICE AND DECLARED ELECTRONICALLY WITH DDAT FORM OR ATA BOOKLET: WWW.EZV.ADMIN.CH

Any material must be sent to the address ( Exhibition Center, Via Campo Marzio, 6900 Lugano ) indicating in addition the Stand Name [Testo Insegna] and with delivery EXCLUSIVELY from October 7 to 9 inclusive, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that if payments are requested by couriers at pickup, these will NOT be made by the organization and therefore the packages will NOT be picked up.

During the Salon

Fair Address: Exhibition Center, Via Campo Marzio, 6900 Lugano

  • Car: The fair is easily accessible from the A2/E35 highway, exit Lugano Sud following the direction Lugano-Centro and then following Gandria.
  • Public Transportation: The fair can be easily reached from the Lugano SBB train station, and the Exhibition Center can be reached by the city Public Transportation Line 2 (TPL SA), direction Castagnola (Palazzo Studi or Lido stop). Alternatively, Taxi service is available.

Parking spaces are available for exhibitors ( limited number ) near the main entrance. It is recommended that parking be reserved in advance using the additional services N.B. To confirm your purchase please forward the completed and signed PDF file to this address: segreteria@luganolifestyle.ch

It will be possible to enter the Exhibition Center to set up your booth and check in on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For special needs please contact us at segreteria@luganolifestyle.ch

For organizational, hall cleaning and safety reasons, it will therefore be absolutely forbidden to set up booths outside the above dates and times. It will also be prohibited to carry out operations that may litter or create confusion within the exhibition area and to carry bulky loads.

If in the process of setting up the booth is set up incorrectly or dangerously, the organization has the right by its own means and without assuming any responsibility, to arrange for the displacement of all material, charging the exhibitor for all charges and any damages.

  • Documentation Required: Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation and ID.
  • Check-in Point: Check-in is located at the main entrance, Hall 1
  • Check-in Hours: Check-in for exhibitors will be open on Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 2 to 6 p.m. and on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 13 from 9-10 p.m.: It will be possible to dismantle your booth.

Monday, October 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: It will be possible to dismantle your booth.
For special needs, please contact us for customized times. For organizational, hall cleanliness and safety reasons, it will be absolutely forbidden to set up and dismantle booths outside the above dates and times.
It will also be forbidden to carry out operations that may soil or create confusion within the exhibition area and to transport bulky loads.
Please note that it is forbidden to start dismantling the booth before the official closing times, under penalty of a fine of CHF 2,000. We also remind you that the booth must be returned as delivered and that in order to apply graphics to the walls or on the furniture provided by the organization, the use of removable adhesive tapes is REQUIRED.
Costs will be charged in case of damage.

Wi-Fi service is active on the entire perimeter of the Exhibition Center. Network name: LUGANOLIFESTYLE2024 Password: Lugano2024 The Wi-Fi service is provided by the City of Lugano and not by the Exhibition.

  • Catering for Exhibitors: You can book lunches and dinners directly at the main restaurant of the show, as an exhibitor you will be entitled to discounted prices.
